We believe in complete fee transparency. Below are all additional charges that may apply. There are no hidden fees, no administration charges, and no exit fees.

All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Legal fees for possession proceedings are charged at our solicitor's hourly rate, which is significantly below external law firm rates.
