PDA Estates is a Chester-based letting agent and property management specialist, established in 2006 by Paul D'Ambrogio. For nearly twenty years we have managed residential properties across Chester and the surrounding area — exclusively.

We don't sell houses. We don't split our attention across multiple services. Every landlord who works with us gets the full focus of a team that does nothing other than let and manage properties in Chester. From a single rental property to a growing portfolio, we look after landlords at every stage — handling everything from finding the right tenant and managing compliance, to collecting rent and coordinating repairs. Paul D'Ambrogio

Founder & Director

Paul founded PDA Estates in 2006 after recognising that Chester landlords deserved a letting agent that specialised entirely in lettings — not one that treated property management as a sideline to sales. Nearly two decades on, Paul oversees the business and remains the point of contact for many of PDA's longest-standing landlords. His knowledge of the Chester rental market — from which streets let fastest to what tenants genuinely expect at each price point — is what shapes every decision the business makes.

Jane Clutton

Lettings Manager

Jane manages the day-to-day running of PDA's lettings operation, overseeing the tenant find process from listing to move-in. She handles viewings, referencing, and tenancy preparation, and is the person most landlords hear from when a new tenancy is being set up. Jane's attention to detail — particularly on referencing and tenancy documentation — is one of the reasons PDA's default rate across its managed portfolio is well below the Chester average.

Kirsty Diggory

Property Manager

Kirsty looks after PDA's managed portfolio, acting as the day-to-day contact for both landlords and tenants on properties under full management. She coordinates maintenance, conducts property inspections, and keeps landlords informed without overwhelming them with detail. Landlords frequently tell us that Kirsty's proactive approach — flagging small issues before they become expensive ones — is one of the clearest differences between PDA and the agents they worked with before.

Daniel D'Ambrogio

Lettings Consultant

Daniel joined PDA Estates after completing his studies and has become an integral part of the lettings team. He handles valuations, viewings, and new landlord enquiries, bringing a fresh perspective and a thorough knowledge of what today's Chester tenants are looking for. His understanding of both sides of the lettings market — tenant expectations and landlord requirements — makes him particularly effective at matching the right tenant to the right property quickly.

If a complaint arises that we cannot resolve to your satisfaction through our internal process, TPO provides free, independent dispute resolution. Membership is a condition of our operating as a letting agent and reflects our commitment to professional standards.

Client Money Protection

Government-Approved CMP Scheme

All client money held by PDA Estates — including rent collected on behalf of landlords and tenancy deposits — is protected under a government-approved Client Money Protection (CMP) scheme. This protection is a legal requirement for letting agents in England, and it means your money is safe even in circumstances entirely outside your control.
