PDA Lettings was founded in Chester in 2004 by Paul D'Ambrogio — a qualified solicitor who saw a gap in the market. Local landlords were being let down by agencies that couldn't offer real legal guidance when problems arose. They were being referred to external solicitors, paying extra fees, and losing time when they needed help most.
Paul's answer was simple: build a lettings agency where legal expertise wasn't an add-on — it was the foundation. Over the following years, PDA grew steadily across Chester and into North Wales, earning a reputation for doing things properly: thorough tenant vetting, watertight tenancy agreements, and genuine legal support when landlords needed it.
Today, with Jane Clutton joining as Director and Landlord Solicitor alongside Paul, PDA is the only lettings agency in Chester with two qualified solicitors in-house.
